What can I expect from the Museum of Candy? Step into a world where candy reigns supreme at the Museum of Candy in Dubai! Whether you’re playing interactive candy-themed games, admiring jaw-dropping sculptures, or indulging in sugary treats, this is one sweet adventure you won’t want to miss. Packed with photo ops, playful moments, and, of course, plenty of sweet surprises, this candy-coated wonderland offers an unforgettable experience for families, friends, and anyone looking to sweeten up their day.
Where is the experience located? The experience will take place at the Museum of Candy, Umm Hurair Rd - Dubai.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in a venue with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts ~60 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Yes, you can purchase food and beverages at the museum cafe.
Is there parking available? Yes, there will be valet parking available. Valet parking is free for VIP ticket holders, and 10 AED for general admission ticket holders.
Will there be merchandise available? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the gift shop.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled session.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location.
Can People of Determination enter for free? Yes, tickets for People of Determination are free and include an additional free ticket for carers.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome. Kids under 3 years can enter for free.
Are strollers/ prams allowed? Strollers/ prams are not encouraged to use inside the museum, however they can be kept at the reception
Is the experience accessible for deaf people? The experience is generally a very visual experience with plenty of signage throughout.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired? The experience is generally a very visual experience. However, there will be some other sensory elements (e.g., audio, aroma).
Will there be strobe lights? No, there is no strobe lighting within the experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, please feel free to ask the staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase a ticket at the event? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking? You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web allows you to purchase (based on availability).
